Hi! Some grandiose ideas I believe. 1. Water Missions: - Is it possible to add in, in the code somehow, water missions? Downing an aircraft over water, triggering an underwater mission? 2. Geoscape - Is it possible for the Geoscape to evolve? Let's say I manage to push back the alien forces and win the game, but does the game have to end there? Can I take the battle to... our solar system? (Fight in space and use planets as bases) Not saying it would be an easy task in any way, or that I have the skill to do it, I am simply curious if it is possible.

The reason TFTD ( Terror from the Deep ) was so much more fun than Enemy Unknow was the addition of underwater missions. To be honest I dont care that its not possible in what ever time period this game takes its events from. Its not like I will be sitting there going " ohh man how can they go to the ocean floor and not imploded" I dont care about that bullshit. Dont limit your self to what the time period made available because if something is fun its not going to bother people. Plus it makes the repetitivesness of missions on the ground break from the norm. Its so cool that you can go underwater and see different suits weapons and different land scapes. Its gives the game a fresh breath of air.

it would be very nice to add underwater missions as ufo terror from the deep. Obviously with all its weapons And submarine armor. All this perhaps with an expansion fee.

I was wondering how making the ocean part of the geo-scape and overall mission would be a good yet easy concept to ad. Perhaps as a late game stage you can discover underwater threats etc... Also it be nice if some crashed craft into ocean would be able to salvaged, the missions can be very much the same except underwater so mapping them would be quite easy. The thing is you would want it to be something that is researched into and require perhaps even a sea base in order to perform sea recovery missions. This would ad in a bonus dynamic to the game, so many UFO's crashing into the ocean, surely the Aliens only weakness isn't water? Just a thought, I think atm they need to focus on other things but slapping in some basic underwater missions could be quite easy to do since the levels of marine floors are pretty simply and very easy to randomly generate (because structures like coral and sea weed etc are not complexed).
