Research descriptions still read ######

I have looked around in the forums for this, I found out that sometimes this means something isnt loading properly, or sometimes the descriptions just are not written up yet. I am running v 15, is this just something I should wait for or should I delete and reinstall? -
Continuing with the theme of GUI revisions (see the new Intercept window here), I've been working on the proposed new design for the Research screen. If you've not been around on the forums long, we're thinking about moving to a more immersive UI design for most of the screens similar to what is seen on the Main Menu screen. This has two benefits - it looks better, and we can use 'tabs' on the speech bubbles to fit more in the UI than we can under the current system. Up til now it's been difficult to illustrate exactly how I want it to look as I've just been using words. Now we've got one of the backgrounds done, I can show off a proper concept of how the screens could look. Here's the proposed new Reseach system. It should all be fairly self explanatory. The navigation is the sign in the top left (each board will light up when mouseovered) and you just click on the speech bubble tabs to travel to them. The clipboard will always show three current research projects, but if you have more of them then you can show them by moving your mouse to the bottom of the screen to look down the clipboard. Let me know your thoughts, suggestions and feedback. I was just playing and two things struck me. The tech screen would be easier if I could select the techs by double clicking them in the list on the right, in addition to the START key in the lower left. Secondly, it would also be handy if the newly started research would automatically take the maximum amount of researchers available. By taking the max researchers automatically, it saves with several seconds of holding the selector. A slider, or the ability to type the number in would help, but I think auto-maxing the researchers may be the most convenient on both ends. Also, I usually want the max amount of researchers anyway, and if I'm going to research two techs at once, or if I already have multiple ones going, the remaining amount of researchers is probably the amount I want anyway. Alternatively, the default amount of researchers given to a new project could max out at whatever it takes to give "Excellent" progress, and go down from there depending on what's available.
