  1. Please implement the role of the soldier before he died in the wall. Or make it enableable. I really need this for my viewers on twitch, where I stream this game, so they can know, who they died and what role they had. Its also good for players to see what roles are getting killed the most/ the least. Thanks yes in CE 0.26 RC1, see this sub forum.

  3. Agree, I'd like to have it as well. It IS meaningfull evenso the roles are not static. At least you can see what roles get killed, are those all snipers, or maybe you kill only riflemans. The roles DOES say smth about how the person was played before he died. And there is enough space for it to show.

  5. Is it possible to have those roles images above the heads of the soldiers at all times? It is very annooing to search for a sniper from 8 soldiers that look absolutely the same.
  6. Ahhh sorry, I meant the other mod - Jsleezy's Real Fighter Portrait Pack. It uses older gameconfig.xml with the base cost of 1 mio and other gameplay changes. Although the mod is said to be 1.07, but it definately doesnt use the same values as in vanilla in gameconfig.xml
  7. Do I absolutely need X:CE 0.25 for the maps to work?
  8. I had a weird bug yesterday (or maybe not bug at all) as I played with your maps. I started new game, and the first 3 missions had the same map with different submaps. I had vanilla game with only your maps. After reinstalling it seems everything is fine, hopefully. Any idea what it was? Because now I am always afraid this bug will come back.

  10. Well he could just higher the weight of the shield instead of making the shotgun completely useless (nobody is using it above normal) steave use Notepad++, it has syntax highlighting which makes it easy to edit.

  13. Come on, cant be too hard to download from mediafire. Just click here and it downloads: As for you second question - it adds boobs only for the starter "armor" as its not armor at all, just fabric. You will not see any boobs in real life with real armor (rest of the armor in the game).
  14. Thanks for the answer. If you define the weight and the HP of the shields in the weapons.xml what about weapons_gc.xml? There you can also define the weight and the hp, see: Do I have to change the weight and the hp in both files? As for the excel - first I dont have, secondly its no hassle for me to edit in notepad++ and lastly the only thing it does is formatting, you dont gain any other benefits, as far as I can see.
  15. I found the corresponding values, problem is, there are 3 values being 6/3/6, see: So I have 6/3/6, two of them is the size, but what is the other? Also what does 80 stand for? As for the balancing issue, why GH just didnt increase the weight of the shield so that you dont carry multiple shields? I dont need multiple shields, I just want to carry a shotgun with it. Also the 6 shields you are saying, those are ONLY in the Xenophobia Mod right? Is there a version for the vanilla?
  16. Hello. In the earlier version of the game you were able to carry a shield in your inventory (which makes sense, you can do it on your back). It seems now they removed that feature. Is it because of the balance? Was it really that unbalanced? If so, one can just add weight for it, to compensate. In any case is there a way to be able to carry a shield in your inventory? And where do can I increase its weight? Thanks in advance
  17. kabill and Skitso you both have great map packs, actually the ONLY onces we can use (that are available to download in the "completed maps" forum. Combining your maps into one single map pack would be beyond awesome
  18. Ol' Stinky Any chance your great maps will support 1.07 version of the game? Its a shame to have such good work be unused
  19. Are all those compatible with the 1.07 version of the game? Its weird those arent under "completed maps" forum. As a matter of fact those maps are buried hier in the old topic which noone sees, which is quit a shame. Maybe someone can test those maps for current version of the game (1.07/1.08) and release the whole pack? Or maybe hand pick the best maps from it. I mean some of them might not work now and/or are of a bad quiality. And we need more quialiy maps! =) Right now only two map packs are available in the "completed maps" forums.
  20. Hmm doubling, isnt it too much? I mean "Base starts with just 10 assault rifles, 20 magazines, 10 frag grenades, 10 smoke grenades and 10 medipacks." so it really should be enough for first fight and you have the money anyway. Will try to play w/o raising at all o_O Could you also tell me what is changed in the strings.xml as I have other mod changing it (darkened_alien_turn 1.01). Also I looked at the screenshots and saw this: Is it smth the mod adds?

  23. Hey guys, nice work for the mod, cant wait for 5.3 Couple of questions: 1. I saw people talk about the "blood mod", is this that one? If so, will you integrate it into the mod? 2. Do you have plans to integrate the mod "economy restored" into XNT? I know there is "Xenophobia Mod" addon that does it, but its outdated now (and will always lag behind). Would be much better if it was integrated. 3. What can we expect from V6 ? Even rough answer would be awesome 4. Will the 5.22 version run with 1.08 ? ps. Will stream your mod on insane on twich sometime soon, albeit on russian.
