  1. good one....the same mission testing again - my sniper recieved 2 salvos from 2 drones and get wounded with surrpressions. Didn't flee as he has good bravery. So I am thinking that previous situation with my massive panic in this mission was the reason that the game didn't corect overwrite files when I was installing 0.27 using game launcher...that's my only thought becouse I've removed manually 0.26 from game launcher and then I've installed 0.27 and now all seems to work fine.
  2. But lowering autoresolve chances will make player to fight! When they attack my base I find myself hopeless to defend it with 5 rookies, I was trying and trying to fight off this broading alien vessels with my 2 foxtrots....and after a dozens of lost air battles i put autoresolve with 100% victory and go to bed happy....but when I wake up next morning I think about this and said to myself "no fu.king way"....and I was fought this sky battle for another 7 times and finally won! And this was a really good feel!
  3. hahaha but still....lots of luck is needed too when playing your sky mod! And I fight such battles when 2 foxtrots going on corvette with fighters only when I really need to do this - for example when aliens try to attack my base and my best soldiers are on a mission in charlie, so I cannot defend base with 5 -6 rokies. When You will be making revision please take a look on autoresolve - 2 foxtrots always have 100% victory in this situation and even they didn't take any damage!
  4. ahhh, by the way kabill......just getting myself better in playing Your sky mod ..... I am able now to take corvette with 2 fighters only using 2 foxtrots
  5. no, I have notice morale bonus after killing alien when my men had 99+. I can't explain this but really when i start the same mission with the same team I have notice a different morale in 0.26hf2 and 0.27 (the bravery level looks the same). And I'm playing on Ironman so i haven't got many saves (only 2 sometimes as backup) and I can't go back and try some issues playing in different versions.
  6. ok, I removed XCE 0.26 from launcher menu and install 0.27 instead of automatic overwrite and after playing the same mission - when I had more deaths in a team - it seems to be fine - no more such panic and flee even when my man takes damage and was bleeding while aliens still shooting at them. So maybe there was a problem - in automatic instalation and overwritting files?And I must say that Your work on LOS is great! No more strange situations when player can't make shot from corners and as I see even in a close area to Charlie there is no "stupid" blocking in LOF....good work!
  7. i have removed 0.27 and install 0.26 hf2. I couldn't load save from mission when this strange situations happened becouse i have CTD when I was try to load. So I use another save before ground combat and send on the same crash site exactly the same team. And now I am playing this mission in 0.26hf2 and You know what I see??? My soldiers have another bravery! And I am talking about the same soldiers that went so much panic in this mission playing on 0.27.....any clues???
  8. You really think that a soldier with 12 missions and 79 points of bravery should flee after death of one guy in a team and appeard of alien in a front?
  9. i know, but as i said before in playing my soldiers were many times under fire from drones and surpression was and losing of time units and morale was also....but never happened situations like this. One of two with low bravery was fleeing but rest of them even under heavy fire was able to use half of TU to change possition, withdraw and get the morale that has been lost.
  10. yep,but all of them were 2 majors (one died) 2 captains,2 lt and 2 sgt....only 1 sgt didn,t panic and his lost of 10 points of morale is show....I've never seen such situation before in my game and they are not rookies but guys with 10 or more missions. Bravery between 50 (one of them) to 79. And guy with 79 just flee after death of my major (he is captain) and second guy who was near to him didn't flee (sgt with 62 bravery). All of this 2 didn't recieve surpression fire from drones - only saw alien.
  11. and the morale show all is ok. I forgot to write that i have lost one guy after this situation. Then as I wrote all of my men went panic,flee and berserk.
  12. hi,i have installed xce:0.27 and in a mission my soldiers recieved fire - 2 salvos from drones - and they spotted one alien also. 7 of them went panic, 2 flees and 1 gone berserk after this....WTF???

You right about the Foxtrots - but as you said a player should spend some time with Your mod as any of us were using foxtrots as a heavy support to gave hard "fire&forget" kick on alliens vessel couse they didn't have evade ability and guns - not to use it as a main role fighters....As i see on close look Foxtrots now should be my main fighters when using Your mod...so when I was still using condors as my main fighters I was needed to change some allien weapons statistic as I wrote before to find Your mod more playable....must to test Your mod now with Foxtrots as a main fighter then.

AV.CORVETTETURRET range 4000, rate of fire 0,8 firing arc 135 AV.CORVETTEMISSILETURRET range 7000,rate of fire 2,4 firing arc 90 on this settings I was fighting single corvette and it was quite challanging - always had to have an eye for a plane that was drawing her fire and lowering RoF and range for turret allow me to made missile attacks from side with two another planes but i had to stay focus when they was comming close and evade "avcorvettemissileturret" fire when they were lock on target and avoid "avcorvetteturret" after first salvo.When i was comming in distance to use my gatlinglaser i was taking damage quite good becouse of short distance but no planes were losts and battle was far more difficult than XCE or vannila but a little less hopeless than in Your mod.
