Possibly related I've had soldiers stick, you tell them where to go and the green squares are on the ground but he wont budge. To get them to move u need to right click so they look behind them then they follow the move order.

Desktop res is 1280 x 800. When I load the game I get no options for resolution. Look like this in game

As someone that bought the standard pre-order, I bought it to play the current build and see if it was worth it, after playing it I would have paid the premium cost, perhaps an upgrade option in the future?

Apologies if its already in there My graphics are a bit screwed up in the game, just checked again, only 2 options I see are Retreat and Roll, however if I put the mouse pointer just below roll it highlights a box so I assume thats it there, I just dont see the text.

Noticed each time I try and retreat from air combat that I never reach the edge, maybe its already in there as something that you research later but in the same fashion as the Roll maneuver, could the Jet proprelled aircraft have afterburners to help with the escape? Or am I just doing it wrong, seems to me if there's 2 interceptors and one attempts to make a run for it if the UFO is being pounded still by the other aircraft that the UFO would turn its attentions to the remaining attacker.

I like the idea of security camera, would allow you to see everything thats going on, until they get destroyed of course.

I know the game hasn't been tested on a wide range of systems yet but thought I'd provide details of my problem anyway. Playing it on a Laptop (Dell Latitude E5500) The menus and graphics are not aligned correctly, the Geoscape is the worst effected with bits all over the place, the Tactical combat section is the least effected though it seems to have the left and right sides of the screen cut off When loading the game when it asks for a resolution, there are no options in the drop down menu, not sure if there are meant to be options in there, also playing in a window it has the same issues. Obviously a graphics card issue, the video card in the laptop is a Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family. Speed wise the game flys along even on a mid range laptop.
