Game will crash on loading a save that saves anytime after you have relocated a soldier to another base. As long as you don't relocate, you can save and load it fine. The bug can be reproduced. Tested several times and it does seem as relocation is the issue. (Now to see what happens if you hire to another base instead of relocating a soldier there.)
