  2. I think you misunderstood the bug report. Once fuel reaches 0% and the message to retreat pops up (where you lose your planes if you press 'no' to keep fighting on), if you press 'yes' to "retreat" then cancel that retreat you can keep fighting and the planes will not be lost.
  3. Having donut-shaped building with garden on the middle (like high school) where UFO crashes in might be interesting light/scout indoor mission.
  4. I don't know if image was changed since I only played up to V5.2 (waiting for new version on Humble Bundle), but the Josh Eales reference there is personal peeve of mine. Doesn't seem to fit the mood game is aiming for, notwithstanding the fact why the hell is that note even there?

  8. Huh, wouldn't giving equal-to-or-higher-than sell value for the planes bring back "sell" the plane at end of the month to avoid maintenance problem also?
  9. Can't other modders do it already with existing tools though, without having to edit the source code? On the different topic, is it possible to change the mechanic behind base structures being destroyed/repaired after destructive base defense mission? Currently I don't think it plays into factor at all. At very least some financial hit according to the amount of props destroyed would be nice.
  10. One question regarding the automatic map reveal: When I was editting the xml files to (sort of) remove the feature, I noticed the turn duratiom reduced from 20 to 14 turns. Is there any reason why?
  11. Speaking of the minor typos, I hope you find time to add Xenopedia for the new aliens when all the major stuffs are done. I was disappointed I couldn't read the lore about them!
  12. I agree with the sentiment that number of the missions is perfectly legitimate, but I'd prefer the number of UFO you usually assault to be significantly less skewed. I'm pretty sure most players mission ratio are like 70% light scout/scout, 20% corvette, 5% landing ship, 5% else.

  17. I guess you must mean V1.06HF. Sorry to ask you this, but has it definitely been stated elsewhere the problem has been fixed for V1.07? I can't use Steam so downloading each version is actually quite an investment, which is why I don't update anymore unless I know it fixes game-breaking bugs like this one.

  19. Can you check if the Gorgol tries to attack people through walls? I've had two cases of indefinite AI turn caused right after they moved right beside my soldier, except that they're separated by single wall. Couldn't get a save because it's indefinite hang and I couldn't figure out the possible cause for it right until it happened.
  20. By the way, can anyone upload the original soundtrack for me? I accidentally replaced the bgm not knowing that 'optional music pack' had now become bundled with the mod itself. Would really appreciate it Edit: Thank you!
  21. Yes! My life is (partially) complete Regarding the last sentence, I haven't tried out the patch yet due to trying out XNT mod, but maybe the last sentence has to do with the 'AI playing faster than the game' problem?
