  1. Now, this I actually have had an issue with, In like the -third- UFO mission I had, I ended up with like 3 enemies with this, and they decimated my forces before I even killed -one- alien, These things are -VERY- over powered for early game..
  2. I wish this had a modern update, though I am looking forward to when the mod returns and hopefully can do a fix to make this work with The final version for Xenonauts, so it can be on the workshop. and easily updated and the like.
  3. I have been taking corvetes on with a -single- stock equipped Mirage, though expensive as heck, it is durrable, fast, and can kill a corvette solo if you control it right. Though for some reason I keep having it sometimes completely lock up in ground combat, durring the alien turn, I dunno why but it tends to happen sometimes.
  4. THis shield bug needs to be fixed really badly, as the work arounds to fix them is quite annoying >.<
  5. I am just curious, but is there a sheet or reference to what plane is based on what real life equivalent plane? Considering I am curious overall. *EDIT* Oh, durp, I realized they are their real life names, don't mind me.

Aliens of course are potentially doing the same from what i can hear, but I just watched a police Allied unit, unload four pistol shots at a solid concete wall, for no reason other then it may of been targeting something somewhere else on the map, as if the wall and nothing else was in the way. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=168336679 is a screenshot link showing where the policeman is standing, and the wall he has broken in the same screen, also showing no aliens sighted or even detected anywhere yet on the map and yet he has been shooting that wall every turn so far. Also the policeman just afterwords shot my guy standing in the wall that Mr Policeman had shot through it trying to shoot this sebilian, and another shot down the door of the UFO, trying to shoot one of my guys as well, though I missed the screenshot for that one.

I think it is the AI, because the AI -very- often is trying to shoot at me in my copy, almost all the time on any map even if it can't see me, especially if it is inside the UFO and I am approaching it, though that also means the aliens can see me through the UFO wall and..through other things too with how it is going.

I have not had the suppression wildly firing issue, but I seem to have them trying to shoot at me through the UFO hull if on the inside -almost every time- Infact first fight I had in my latest 19.4 game, one killed -another- trying to shoot me through not just the UFO walls but his team-mate, when I was still outside and only had just discovered it, also there are still bugged spots where we can see into the UFO ...I don't know the map, but I do have the custom map pack installed >.<

  11. I was going to post about finding the ability to see through the hull from..nowhere near the UFO, but since it seems that was already found, I suppose that bug is known then
  12. Almost sounds like a wall that they an 'see' through but not really see through, as well as one they can 'shoot' thorugh, but not quite shoot through, aka..a bad wall spot in the scout.
  13. I wanted to point out that this bug -still- ...well the -shooting through walls- and not actually needing line of sight to try to target you therefore shooting at the wall of a UFO trying to shoot you outside of it when they are inside, is still in play.

I want to say I do agree with you, but one thing that came to my mind, is how you mentioned the farmer with a shotgun, and the fact, that There is the chance that although they may not follow orders, they will either 'try to fall back' towards the craft you came from, because "Lets let the guys who know what they are doing handle this, I don't want to die.." or even, "I'm ...not sure whats going on, But I will do my best to help." and therefore they will choose a random soldier that is closest too them, and basically 'stay near' them, though trying to keep from getting between them and any identified enemies, bascially, fire support, an addition to that last statement of "Helping" is that in the 'best case' scenario, they may bascially go, "...I don't know whats going on, But you sure do, What do you need me to do?" and you might get a 'not good' stat soldier, that you can control, either temporarily, -or- if they are lucky enough to survive the mission and yet gain -experience- you might get a 'free recruit' as they want to help against them.

Enemy AI seems to be trying to shoot at me through walls, even if I can't see them, any do it so far, a consistant one I have had though is the one defender or two inside of the saucer, will -always- try to shoot me through the walls of the saucer, no matter my location in relation to them as if they think they have a clear line of sight and could see me, I have sat my soldiers outside the door a few tiles away with the door closed, and watched them shoot the door several times, trying to shoot my soldier. I also have noticed though, if you open the door with one soldier, and switch to another, it does the accuracy calculations as if the door is still closed, saying 0% chance to hit because the door is in the way, even though it is not correct, and if you -do- shoot, it wil; behave properly, and go right on through, I killed an alien in the saucer that way, by opening the door and having the others just unload into the saucer, but it kept saying "no chance to hit" as if the door was closed.
