With CheatEngine you probably can change your budget on your savegame. -
I lower the & of woman too (After putting at 100% ), 10% works good.

Yeah text size is too small for me too, actually I think is too small for almost everyone Hopefully they are working on it and we can see some improvements on V19 with the new UI.

My game always freeze after ground combat, after killing the last alien or after the last xenonaut is killed the game freeze.
