    I had the exact same thing happen to me before, but it happened I believe the last release, so it isn't a new thing.

    I do use stun grenades a lot. So it could be related to that.

    I did not have it equipped for anyone and the alien died normally, by gunshot.

    The game will go to the enemy's turn even though they're all dead and then it will crash.
