  1. If there are five aliens all positioned so they can shoot my guy... why not? The problem now is more that they try to shoot you (and succeed!) from ridiculous distances. I believe that is a separate problem. I don't know if reaction fire is sensitive to distance either, but that could also be a thing to consider (increased distance = less chance to reaction fire).
  2. Still, I would prefer if everyone who could reaction fire did so as soon as they had opportunity.
  3. I also noticed that only one reaction per "event" seem to trigger, regardless of number of combatants. I have had 5 guys surround the entrance to a UFO and an alien runs out. I have never had more than *one* of my guys reaction fire at the same time. I would expect that he was turned to a pulp when everyone opened fire at the same time
  4. Two games, and I think I got a power source in November and December/January respectively. Way too late since the Aliens start to get really hard by then. One game was with hotfix 1, the other with hotfix 2.
  5. I have successfully redirected the Chinook in flight *after* a mission, i.e. when it is returning to base.
  6. Seems similar, yes. I don't recall hearing any notification though. But speed was at fastest, that is correct.
  7. I have had two cases of the geoscape freezeing up, and I had to kill Xenonauts using the Windows task manager. By freezing I mean the time stops running, no UI element is clickable. It is unfortunately not reproducable since loading the previous save and letting the time run has worked (no crash) in both cases. I *think* it might be connected with UFO's being spawned or detected as I noted the date when the freeze occured and on the next load a UFO was detected at that date.
  8. Played one mission and my Hunter was almost destroyed (down to something like 2 HP). After the mission was finished and they were flying home, we downed a second UFO and I redirected the crew to go directly to the new crash site instead of going to base for repairs. When the second mission started, my Hunter was no longer damaged.
  9. I had multiple terror missions with androns+harridans that had me reloading almost every turn. Not very fun as they were a bit too superior for me. But I only had ballistics. Which leads me to my question: In my longest game so far I managed to get to plasma weapons way before laser weapons were available. This seems strange. What is the path to get laser weapons? I suppose I missed something, but I had multiple occasions where I had nothing to research.
  10. Roof toggle? I must have totally missed that there was such a thing. And yes, there are other issues with soldiers behind objects. Like the train cars which totally hide your soliders. Not that much of a problem since pressing their icon highlights them.
  11. In current build (V18 hotfix 1) a building has the roof "removed" when a soldier enters it. This is nice. But, I think the roof should disappear also when the mouse hovers over it. Currently, it is very annoying to try to go back into a building you have been in before since you have to step inside it first. The hangars on the desert/military base maps are a good example.
  12. There is a dedicated bug report forum where you should write these things. Check if the issues have been reported first though
  13. The stone wall running from left of screen. The right-most part can be walked through (pathing allows it). If you stop inside it, then your soldier is stuck there for the rest of the battle. Save file: https://mega.co.nz/#!O9ADhZ7K!SQzgWkm7ytSQrP9eTRNMDQt4olNf3WPipt6psR-3NEI
