See attachment. The exact part I marked (the accent wall) doesn't have any type of collision for me or the A.I. You are able to walk straight through it. This is on the Terror mission.

Just off right to the centre of the screen, you'll see the sidewalk is cut in half. Running 1440x900 on the latest Steam version. Dunno what other details you might need but can provide a save file too if required.
