  1. I was doing a small UFO crash site on the farm tile, when Caeseans basically barraged my HWP with plasma rifle shots, now I don't mind a decent firefight - only thing was that they were inside the UFO which made it kind of ridicolous. There's also some LOS artifacts in the same mission, as the Caseans appeared to have walked through the UFO walls (and least that's what I think happened, otherwise I have no idea how they passed 6 soldiers that were surrounding their ufo (2 on one side and 4 at the main entrance).
  2. On the soldiers' equipping screen I got a CTD when I clicked on the assign tab and then hit the esc key (decided I'd rather not assign that soldier to X). This is actually a bug I had in previous versions as well but I see now that it's still around in 17.91.
  3. On the manufacturing screen after I researched the Jackal armor it starts with 99, forcing me to tick it back down to a more reasonable number. Not a biggy, but annoying
  4. Never thought i'd be a "hard core x-com fan" but i think we should stick to the original game's rules for these cases - all jets in a base destoryed in a base attack are destroyed with it. X-Com was an unforgiving game in that sense and so should this one. Losing a base was THE greatest disaster that could happen to you in game second to losing it.

  7. Just express how pleased I am with the advances on the AI - finally a challenge in each mission. That first light scout when one of the 3 Caeaeans flanked me caught me completely by surprise. Another one of them actually had the brains to escape a confrontation with 3 of my men. In another mission I had 3 of my men and a HWP slaughtered by two Sebillians. Let the slaughter begin *maniacl laughter goes here*
  8. yep i pressed on the popup, it switched me to workshop, next thing i know, crash
  9. I'm not familiar with this matter. The main issue with this problem was that the 2x2 block cannot be stepped on anymore nor fired through. Assuming over-damage should wipe out the HWP, then it should be reasonable that i'd could go through the blocks that it was on ?
  10. I can confirm this bug as well regarding the small scout with no aliens missions
  11. Pretty much as the title implies. I had a scout car destroyed on a cabbage patch on the farm map and its image failed to render. There was just an invisible 2x2 block instead (with the tiles rendering correctly only without the ruined car on them).
  12. I was playing through a scout mission when things went rapidly from bad to worse. I decided to reload the mission after saving it once the chinook reached its target, only that it loaded with the "found alien" marker on for all the aliens in the mission (I found them all before they wiped me out) while my troops were still in the chopper.
  13. I switched to the workshop screen to send some orders for jackal armor when I clicked on the "add" arrow it crashed. It was at the 10th of the first month of the game. I noticed that while in that screen the timer kept running when as far as I know it shouldn't.

  15. I think that they had it on March 2013 a while ago. Doesn't seem to show on what do they base these speculations. As far as I know this project went completely off the grid. I really hope I'm wrong about it.
  16. I've opted in at the kickstarter stage, so I got it for 20$ Never really got to play Torment but from what I know about it, it should be a great game. Got the OG on gog, so one day, someday i'll find the time to play it (thats what i keep telling myself at least).
  17. Come to think of it , why bother with an alpha release . I for one think it would be better off to push forward into beta. Its been due for a while now.Can't say I mind waiting another 2 or even 4 weeks if it means getting the beta at last

I played the original X-Com(s) (not including enforcer and interceptor), UFO:ET and all of the UFO afterXs as well as Fallout Tactics although I never got to finish it, somewhere at the middle of the game I left it off and at some point I had to format and never found the time to start it all over again since then. I also have fallout 1+2 on my gog account but never seem to find the time to play them. One day...one day...
