Thanks for taking the time to provide a save. We've pushed out a fix on 3.0.2 yesterday but it doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. We'll look into it and get it sorted out! As for the deployment tiles being visible after the deployment phase, we're working on getting that fixed as well, but it isn't as high in priority as the more urgent bugs that came out when we released milestone 3.

I believe that's because you've reached the end of the current amount of content in the game. Alien spawns are set manually right now so if you keep playing, you'll reach up to a certain point wherein the current content runs out. The current amount of content in game is basically set to run out at around 180 days. However if you switch to our milestone 3 branch, the playable time is extended to 260 days, although as the experimental build is but a few days out in the public, there's still a ton of bugs to get fixed!

Ending turn causes the cleaners to fire, the MARS to reaction fire, and my turn to resume as normal.
Good to know! Let us know if you encounter more problems (although the sentry guns in the cleaner HQ mission seems to be still bugged)

Thanks for taking the time to sign up and post about the bug you've encountered! Yup this one is part of the MARS bug, although the issue still seems to persist on 3.1, we'll get it fixed asap!

Tested and it seems I can still recruit normally on my end. There was a bug with the rescued soldiers not being added to your roster but that was fixed on the most recent patch. Would you mind posting your save file here so I can take a look? For the soldier stats being nerfed, I'll bring this up to Chris and see what he thinks.

The payload and hardpoint bars (is this what you're referring to?) is still in the game on my end. Might be something going weird with your campaign.

I don't think we have Unity setup to run multiple instances of the game. Regarding the latter half of your comment, if you switch to the experimental build of the game (milestone 3), trying to open a second instance should switch your active window on existing instance of the game. -

OK, two problems. The game won't let me do manual saves (I click ok to save and it returns to the game but no save is made). So attached is the game just prior to the mission. I don't know if it will be repeatable, but the sniper on the right looking out of the tailgate takes a shot at the cleaner by the wall and hits him, but doesn't kill him. Then I tell MARS to take 2 shots and nothing happens, but the TUs are expended. Same with the left hand sniper. Also attached log in case that casts some light.

Thanks for the bug report! There is a current bug which is causing the MARS to be unable to shoot, which then affects the entire game. The same issue also persists on the Cleaner HQ mission. We'll get this fixed asap!

Further information: Playing a cleaner intelligence mission. MARS has full TU so may be trying to reaction fire. Note that like in bug "MARS stuck after spotting 1st enemy" the MARS has been stuck for several turn.

I have tried to load previous saves to force the game to create a new apperance of the Cleaner HQ on the map, but nothing helps. I also tried to reinstall the game, but that didn't work either.
So, I guess I will never finish the Cleaner plot in this built!

Yeah we've been getting multiple reports regarding this bug, it looks like it's correlated to the MARS bug that's causing the game to freeze up during enemy turn. We'll get it fixed!

Yup there's currently a bug with the MARS getting stuck after the first movement command, which then causes the game to freeze up during enemy turn. It also looks like there's a similar bug during cleaner HQ missions when the sentry guns take their turn.

Thanks for the quick response! Looks like the bug is tied specifically to that specific terror mission as other missions I spawned while testing seems to work fine, we'll take a look and get it fixed

On day 188, a terror mission shows up (first it was South America, then when I loaded a previous save, it appeared right next to my base in Africa). When I select start mission (where it would allow you to select your dropship and then pick your roster), it will not allow me to select any dropship (they are all greyed out and un-selectable). Thanks for taking the time to post about the bug you've encountered. Although I'll have to ask for you to provide your save file so we can take a look at what's causing the issue. I'll attach a link to a forum thread with a guide on how to access your saves. When you've found it, simply attach the .json save file by drag and dropping it when you post a reply to this thread, thanks!

Hey Jim, thanks for taking the time to create an account here and to tell us about the bug you've encountered
For the crash report, this is named "output.log", and is inside the Logs folder, in the same directory as your Saves folder for Xenonauts 2.
Ideally, I'd like to take a look at both the save file and the crash report file (output.log) so we can see what's causing the game to crash on your end.
Seeing as you've already got the crash report, I assume you already know where it is, but just in case I'll link a forum thread that directs you where to find the save file for the game!
You can simply attach the save and crash report by drag and dropping the file while you're writing a reply, this will automatically attach the file on your reply post!

Yeah, it's currently not yet patched on the milestone 2, but we've got a fix for it prepared that will launch with milestone 3 as it includes a bunch of changes on the unconscious status

Ah, I see where you're coming from. an easy workaround is to move the cursor a bit further away from the door to rotate. I'm not sure what can be done atm, but I'll bring it up with the team, thanks!

As the previous poster kindly stated, it's an intended change, you can now pick up and use Cleaner equipment, the accelerated rifles can also be sold for a decent cash injection if you so desire!

Thanks for the bug report. By not being able to target, do you mean there's a 0% chance to hit the enemy? Or is it a different bug?
