I ran into a hard hang when my sniper kills the commander of atlas base with reaction fire and ends the mission. The hang is pretty impressive nothing in windows works I had to ctrl-alt-delete and sign out then restart. I reloaded save and same thing happened. The mydocuments/xenonauts 2 just has logs. no saves directory. I searched entire hard drive for "ATLAS base" and found them here so you might want to update your post about save location:

Also I have end of tactical turn saves disabled yet it created one anyway for every turn (fortunate in this case I guess)
All you have to do is load the 11_end save and hit end turn. The commander should more right a few tiles and sniper will shoot and kill him and cause hang. (make sure to save everything on that computer first and it will be a very hard hang)

Hey there, thanks for the bug report. Yeah, we've been able to verify the crash happening from the game locking up on enemy turn. We'll get this one fixed asap
For the saves being made even though the feature is disabled, this setting is overridden when playing on an experimental build, due to the nature of it being rather unstable, we've made it so that the game overrides the save settings in case crashes happen (like this one)For the save file being on one drive, I'll have to ask the team a bit on this one

Just let the old research finish normally = no shield.

Also a minor text / number fix needed on sentinel.Thanks for the bug report! We'll fix the description on the sentinel module.
As for the reinforced shield, I'll have to check with the rest of the team (I can't quite remember whether we've patched it out so I'll have to ask the rest of the team). It's also possible that the fix doesn't carry over to existing campaigns, and might require you to start a new one.
EDIT: Sorry, it looks like you might need a new campaign for the bugfix to take effect -

The cleaner supplies is sold for 50k each, but there should be two per truck, so a total of 6 if you secure all 3 trucks. Unless it's bugged and there are only 3 at the end of the mission?

Yup, this is a known issue and we're working towards fixing the bug.

We're pushing out a hotfix asap to fix this problem as it currently affects all blast doors. Two ways to work around it at the moment is to either destroy a closed blast door with an explosive charge, or order a unit to go through the door (this will make the door unpathable for other units)

Yup, there's currently a bug with all blast doors in the game (so this includes UFOs and base defense missions). Opening the blast doors will make it unpathable, though there are two ways to work around it. First is to not open the blast door, but command the soldier to go through (this will make the blast door unpathable for other soldiers once its open), the second is to destroy a closed blast door using a demolition charge.
It's very far from ideal, but we're working on getting a hotfix out asap to fix this problem!-

Was doing a downed ship assault and placed soldiers around the entrance, one alien walked out and was killed, the door was still open i think, but then when i tried to walk inside the ship it said it couldnt, belive it said no path could be found, or something like that, a workaround was to close the door, and then press move to inside the ship, that woked, but then needed to do it for every other soldier that walked inside. I tried to restart and reload the game, but the problem persisted, so i think the bug is still in the save file attached. I hope i uploaded the right one, was playing ironman.

1. Uninstaller.
I remember reading, that if I run into trouble after doing an update, I should do a clean install and remove settings and stuff.
So I ran the uninstaller, and it asked me if I wanted to keep my savegames and settings. It also said, that if I chose "no" it would also remove the folder. I clicked "no" and nothing was removed. So either the uninstaller is bugged or the description in incorrect.
2. Hazmat cleaners.
You misunderstood. Not through, but over. Lots of half-height cover (logs, 2 windows, maschines, tables, fence/wall). Totally possible to pull such a shot of with high stats - which hazmat cleaners have, I belive. Very annoying when that happens half a dozen times in a row. What surprised me was, that there were hazmat cleaners at all, on a abduction mission! Which was also my first (non-scriped) mission of the campain.
I will check for savegames later.
1. Will have to check with the team as I'm not aware of X2 having its own uninstaller

I can attest that the 0% grenades happen occasionally. Doing something else - switching soldiers opening the menu etc usually helps. Can also happen later in the battle.
Thanks for the quick response! How about the crash from opening the abduction tubes, can you also reproduce that from loading the save?

I think the hardlocks have been fixed with 4.13.0. but I can't confirm since I started the mission new, but so far I haven't encountered those again. But now everytime the mission ends and the loading screen appears for the strategic layer the game crashes at 87%. Also tried my main campaign save that leads to the strategic layer and it also crashes the same way every time so I as of now I can't continue the campaign.

I have now encounter a few bugs that I would collectively call "map errors". It is a VIP-extraction in a tropical climate.
- burning water
- "floating" cleaners, aka enemies that walk over water.
- a Mars that can suddenly do the same
- a (palm?) tree, that probably shouldn't exist anymore (after being hit by a Mars rocket), but is still visible
- bushes that look identical but are very different. Some provide cover, others you can walk through and most are kind of blocking shots.
I'm sorry to hear that you're running through a bunch of issues with your recent playthrough. Some of these bugs are rather interesting and we'd appreciate if we can get a handle on the save file, preferably both for the turn on which you've taken the screenshot and before the mission started (before combat autosave).
I'll have to some more questions as well regarding the bugs you've reported,-> Uninstaller not removing settings, savegames, etc: If this is on Steam, save games are stored on the cloud unless you disable this option on Steam's settings, for the settings and etc., these files are usually in Documents > My Games > Xenonauts 2 and are not deleted so that it doesn't reset user settings upon re-installation.
-> Hazmat cleaners shooting through obstacles: This could either be just bad rng or a genuine bug, providing a save would help us a lot in checking this one out and would be much appreciated!-> Flame and smoke on water: Will bring this up with the rest of the team!
-> Floating cleaners and MARS: This is a rather strange one, and we'd very much appreciate if you can provide a save file (both prior to the mission and on the turn you took the screenshot)
-> Palm tree destruction not visually updating: Will have to take a look into it if the palm tree has assets for a destroyed state or if its bugged
-> Some of the bushes not blocking movement: Most likely an asset setup issue, should be an easy fix -

Thanks for the bug reports! This should be fixed on the 4.14 update, however it seems like GC saves may not be affected by the fix so I'd suggest trying to load a save before the GC mission and see if drag and dropping from inventory is still bugged

Bug appear & disappear as it pleases at times. For example this time i press f11 to create the zip and opened the game's folder -- back to the game = hit rate is back to normal.
Sometimes doing something else with another soldier solved the bug. Sometimes not.
Bug so far 100% disappeared on that soldier next turn.
I uploaded 2 zip because i forgot which one is which =_=". This(^) one is the one with user f11 name file i think?
The other one is crash when i forgot to be patient and moved right after i opened an abduction tube. So these happened at the same time:

Thanks for the bug report! The 0% grenade chance should be fixed in 4.14, I'll be linking a guide on how to switch to the experimental branch of the game. For the abduction tube bug, I wasn't able to reproduce it on loading the save unfortunately, but I'll bring this up with the rest of the team and see what they think
