  1. I believe that's because you've reached the end of the current amount of content in the game. Alien spawns are set manually right now so if you keep playing, you'll reach up to a certain point wherein the current content runs out. The current amount of content in game is basically set to run out at around 180 days. However if you switch to our milestone 3 branch, the playable time is extended to 260 days, although as the experimental build is but a few days out in the public, there's still a ton of bugs to get fixed!
  2. Thanks for the bug report! Although the sergeants you got seems to be a really unfortunate case of bad luck! Only the starting stats are affected for soldiers with the changes in milestone 3 (due to the -5 on the maximum stat cap on, so an average of -2.5) I tested the soldier mission on my end and got these, which are kinda decent?

  6. Tested and it seems I can still recruit normally on my end. There was a bug with the rescued soldiers not being added to your roster but that was fixed on the most recent patch. Would you mind posting your save file here so I can take a look? For the soldier stats being nerfed, I'll bring this up to Chris and see what he thinks. The payload and hardpoint bars (is this what you're referring to?) is still in the game on my end. Might be something going weird with your campaign. Thanks for the bug report btw!

EDIT: Just to make sure I'm understanding things correctly, are you trying to run a second instance of the game via the .exe file? I don't think we have Unity setup to run multiple instances of the game. Regarding the latter half of your comment, if you switch to the experimental build of the game (milestone 3), trying to open a second instance should switch your active window on existing instance of the game.
  8. Thanks for the bug report! There is a current bug which is causing the MARS to be unable to shoot, which then affects the entire game. The same issue also persists on the Cleaner HQ mission. We'll get this fixed asap!
  9. Thanks for the bug report! Yeah, there's currently an ongoing bug with MARS unit causing the game to get stuck, we'll get it fixed asap!
  10. Yeah we've been getting multiple reports regarding this bug, it looks like it's correlated to the MARS bug that's causing the game to freeze up during enemy turn. We'll get it fixed!
  11. Yup there's currently a bug with the MARS getting stuck after the first movement command, which then causes the game to freeze up during enemy turn. It also looks like there's a similar bug during cleaner HQ missions when the sentry guns take their turn.

  13. Thanks for the quick response! Looks like the bug is tied specifically to that specific terror mission as other missions I spawned while testing seems to work fine, we'll take a look and get it fixed
  14. Thanks for taking the time to post about the bug you've encountered. Although I'll have to ask for you to provide your save file so we can take a look at what's causing the issue. I'll attach a link to a forum thread with a guide on how to access your saves. When you've found it, simply attach the .json save file by drag and dropping it when you post a reply to this thread, thanks!

Hey Jim, thanks for taking the time to create an account here and to tell us about the bug you've encountered For the crash report, this is named "output.log", and is inside the Logs folder, in the same directory as your Saves folder for Xenonauts 2. Ideally, I'd like to take a look at both the save file and the crash report file (output.log) so we can see what's causing the game to crash on your end. Seeing as you've already got the crash report, I assume you already know where it is, but just in case I'll link a forum thread that directs you where to find the save file for the game! You can simply attach the save and crash report by drag and dropping the file while you're writing a reply, this will automatically attach the file on your reply post!

  17. Yeah, it's currently not yet patched on the milestone 2, but we've got a fix for it prepared that will launch with milestone 3 as it includes a bunch of changes on the unconscious status

  20. Ah, I see where you're coming from. an easy workaround is to move the cursor a bit further away from the door to rotate. I'm not sure what can be done atm, but I'll bring it up with the team, thanks!
  21. As the previous poster kindly stated, it's an intended change, you can now pick up and use Cleaner equipment, the accelerated rifles can also be sold for a decent cash injection if you so desire!

  23. Thanks for the bug report! We're aware of this issue and we've fixed this on a patch that will be released in the future, however it might take some time as the patch to fix this is most likely going to come out with the initial release of milestone 3.0
  24. Hey there, welcome to Goldhawk's Forums! And thanks for posting a bug report Just to make sure, is this a new campaign after milestone 2 was released on Stable? Or is this one that you've played from milestone 1?
  25. I'll have to verify this with Chris as he knows the most when it comes to these issues. Although I think some of these aren't necessarily bugs. 1. This is intended behaviour afaik, as cleaners are still classified as enemies and aren't exactly subtle in their actions during cleaner missions. (There are improvements being done to civ AI that will be live on milestone 3.0, so if you think this should be different I highly suggest providing feedback on the general discussion forums!) 2. I'll have to double check this with Chris as I recall there were some issues with achievements that were fixed on a patch sometime ago. 3. I think Chris is aware of this, it's just a rather low priority one to fix, but we'll get around to this eventually. 4. I believe this is intended behaviour as well, but I'll have to bring this with him just to be sure.
