  1. Thanks for the report, something probably broke it when we fixed a different issue, we'll look into it
  2. Thanks for taking the time to reply! No problem, let us know if it happens again so we can look into it!
  3. Thanks for the report! We'll look into it after the weekend (once the rest of the team is back)
  4. Hello there, sorry for the late reply and thanks for taking the time to post a report! I downloaded the save and it looks like this might be the wrong one? The save is from a soldier rescue mission in the early game and there are only cleaner soldiers as your enemies. If you can send us the correct save, we'll give it a look. Thanks again!
  5. Hello there, was the armour equipped on an unassigned soldier? Loadouts on unassigned soldiers do not take away equipment from your base stores. It's meant to represent what they will be using once they're moved to an active dropship. As such, unequipping stuff from unassigned soldiers will not add back to your equipment pool, as they were not taking any in the first place. If the armour disappears from a soldier assigned on a dropship, then this might be a bug. Can you send us a save we can look into? Ideally one where we can attempt to reproduce the bug, thanks!
  6. Hello there, I've forwarded this to our programmers so they should be replying sometime soon. The post is more likely to get tripped up by the automated spam detection if there are links in it as there are tons of bots that post spam in the forum every week. Iirc there's currently no way to flag a person as a non bot (my post replies get flagged as well every now and then).
  7. I'll double check but iirc this is a known issue that is fixed in our dev build. This will come out in the future as part of a larger patch
  8. Thanks for the report! There is a known issue with AC autoresolve which we discovered and made a fix for. This should come out in 7.25.1, which should come out in experimental fairly soon.
  9. Thanks for taking the time to post a bug report! This is a known issue with the specific wall material on AMD cards, we're working on fixing it but it will take some time
  10. Sorry for the very late reply, but we've looked into this issue and it should get fixed in a future patch.
  11. Hello there, thanks as always for reporting the bugs you encounter (both here and in Discord!). Chris has replied to the thread you've linked and our coders will look this over.
  12. Thanks for the report! I replied to the other thread but I'll reply here as well. This is most likely a setup issue with the roof edges, we'll get it fixed
  13. Thanks for the bug report. Looks like there's a setup issue with the edges of the roofs in some soviet town buildings. We'll get it fixed
  14. Thanks for taking the time to post a bug report! We'll look into it!
  15. Thanks for the report! Did the hang happen after the first mission(ATLAS base) as well?
  16. That's interesting. Do you still have the save so I can check whether this is a map related error or if it's a visual bug?
  17. Thanks for the report! As shotcrete has kindly pointed above, the base lift building has a small amount of storage that comes with it. This is why you were able to receive the items after winning the retaliation mission.
  18. Hello there, thanks for taking the time to post a bug report! We'll need some logs and saves to be able to find out what error is causing the game to soft lock. If you press "Local Folder" in the game's Main Menu, this will open the directory for the game's logs and saves. If you open the "Logs" folder, there should be an output.log file, this is one file that we'll need. We'll also need your saves, so in the "Saves" folder, there should be a save for the mission when the soft lock happened. If you can send us the save and the output.log file, then we can figure out what's going on. An alternative to this is to load the ground combat save, then try to trigger the soft lock. When this happens, press F11 and this will prompt the game to create a bug report .zip file for you. If you can send us the .zip file, we'd appreciate it too!
  19. Thanks, I'll bring this up with the rest of the team. It's a pretty minor issue though so the fix might take some time.
  20. Hello there, here's a save you can use to continue with your campaign. This is a strategy save immediately after the dialogue cutscene in the uoo bridge mission. user_after_uoo-1.json
  21. Thanks for taking the time to post this! A lot of the bugs here are known issues but there are some that needs to be fixed. I'll get back to you to address the bugs you've pointed out after I've gone through and checked all of it
  22. Can you send us the game's logs as well. You can find this by clicking "Local Folder" in Main Menu, then there should be an output.log file in the logs folder. If you can send us the said .log file, it will allow us to check what's causing the hang, thanks!
  23. When the crash happens? Does the game prompt you to generate a bug report when you relaunch the game? If so, can you please send us said bug report? If you click "Local Folder" on the right side of the screen in main menu, this will open the directory where there is a folder named "BugReports" this should contain a bunch of .zip files generated from the crash. Said .zip file will have "..unhandled_exception" in the name.
  24. Can you send us the game's logs so we can look into it just in case? This can be found in the Logs folder, which is in the same directory as your saves (Click "Local Folder" in Main Menu) As for the 150 OP was this immediately after the mission? I think the OP gets added when the dropship returns to base or on a research project? I might be wrong though.
