I'm a £18 backer and I'm going to get access to a build of the game for the first time. I'd like to know if there is still a stream ban on this latest version of the closed beta. Edit: btw there is a confusion between your Kickstarter update where you said all backers from £18 up would get access, and this forum update where you still say only those from £25 up.
