  1. There only seems to be one biome. I noted after writing the OP that there are some superficial differences on this map (sometimes furniture or crates in different places) but it is essentially the same map. Realistically, there needs to be a whole load of completely different maps for both the UFO missions and terror maps (which are also the same) otherwise people will get bored. I know the devs mentioned it ages ago, but I don't recall seeing many new maps since.
  2. I am aiming at a Super-lizard with a very obvious green line of sight, but it won't let me take the shot. Also he was able to take a pot shot at the soldier at the 6 o'clock position partially obscured by the yellow alien icon. auto_groundcombat_turn_7_start-138.json

The game seems to have stopped progressing - I appear to have researched everything (including the live Ethereal) and the orbital bombardments have started, but I just keep getting terror missions and battleships to attack. No sign of an endgame mission. 2. What is happening with the memory hole issue? It it quite annoying to have to keep quitting and reloading the game every couple of in-game months. 3. The stores having 150 inventory size is crazy. 4. I am pretty sure I have fusion weapons disappear (which I think is related to the inventory issue above) 5. I'm not sure the sentinel actually does anything
  4. It only seems to affect phantoms now. It used to be across the board
  5. Why are the fusion torpedoes a step down in most of the stats??
  6. when I moved the Ares in this save, the sound effect wouldn't stop after it finished moving. This has happened a few times, and will continue after the mission finishes. output.log auto_groundcombat_turn_5_start-94.json
  7. The fuel drains super quick in Phantoms - even when sent with an Angel, the angel will come back with say 75% left but both phantoms come back with 9% left and it takes >24h to fully refuel.
  8. In addition, in this mission in the above attached save, I can see through the side of the UFO (it isn't damaged as far as I can see) though I can't get an aim.
  9. I've recently reported what I think has to be a bug; namely that I have played ONE map whenever I have downed a UFO over a medium size, no matter where I down it. It's gotten REALLY boring. If it isn't a bug, I think the devs need to focus all their efforts (excluding bugfixes) building more maps. Earlier in development I am sure they said it was a laborious process, but if that is the case, couldn't someone build a map editor?
  10. So, I have to admit I'm getting bored of the game now because there is only ONE map for anything over a medium UFO. The number of maps in the game in general seems to be getting smaller too- - is there some issue with the biome/map selection? Either way, I think there needs to be way more time dedicated to variating the maps because I often go to UFO missions where I play exactly the same mission back to back, with maybe some different aliens if I'm lucky. Unless this is a bug, I think this is something that needs to be urgently addressed before you consider early release; far more urgently than adding any extra game features etc. auto_strategy_before_combat-186.json output.log

  12. I had stunned a cleaner on the mission and was also unable to pick up the body to carry it back to the dropship
  13. That's odd - I had to click through each section of dialogue to make it move on to the next person. It wasn't automatic for me
  14. @Chris It says it goes to day 50 but my game ended at day 40... Not a huge thing but I thought I would let you know.
  15. I wonder if it worked because the second time I tried it, when the jets got to it it was over water, so I clicked tail until over land. So when the dialogue opened again it was ok. Weird!!
  16. Update: I loaded the save and played up to the intercept which went ahead as normal. So if you can't see what happened from the logs then it isn't reproducible from this save.

  18. I found this tool tip confusing - it took me a while to realised I couldn't continue unless I hovered over the highlighted text link.
  19. My profile pic was from one of my soldiers in-game and it actually looks like me lol
  20. Yeah something's not right cos if I get hit and am close to death and have more bleeding wound hit points than remaining HP, I die at the end of the turn

  22. If I send someone upstairs on the teleporter, kill the andron, then go back down (I use the scroller on my mouse to switch levels) I get a repeatable CTD. Also, if I Ctl-shift-V to end the mission I get the same crash output.log auto_groundcombat_turn_6_start-347.json
  23. I have never had access to a Gauss Blaster, only the cannon. I guess this is an error

  25. I don't know if the saves & logs will be helpful but the soldier in the later save got hit, has an automed module, but it didn't work. auto_groundcombat_turn_3_start-298.json auto_groundcombat_turn_2_end-297.json output.log
