I do not wear glasses and have no sight problems.
I played a lot of games since 90s, including original x-com and text heavy genres like RPG, and this is the first game in my gaming history I ever seen with such small fonts.
I also showed it to my gaming friends, who did not believe me, and their comment was like "there must be font size setting somewhere or this must be a joke".
Some friend who already played this game, told me that he used windows magnifier for it.
This is radiculous when compared to other games and number of user messages about this problem on internet.
I saw there will be Xenonauts 2, and I hope that devs already listened to all these complains and new release will meet gaming standards.
And please, do not say go play other games, because I do not mean that game by itself is bad, because in that case I would not care about it.
It is just a simple feature that works normally in other games to provide standard comfortable play.
