  3. ive played a few games that gave you the option to turn on or off the visable log in ground combat. i liked it mostly for when you try out a newly researched weapon i would turn it on for a while so i could see how it compared to the older ones.

I think when the Firaxians unleash their new weapon, the poopapault for the first time its gonna unlock a huge research tree based on the standard issue alien nasal blocker. standard issue- extra strength standard issue- training in nasal stamina- advanced alien nasal blocker- extra strength advanced alien nasal blocker- and even more unanounced research.

  6. not sure if this topic has been brought up yet or not but i always liked the option to see a combat log on screen in ground battles. shot misses,hits,damage,ect. would this be possible?

  13. yup. the more i read about the firaxis game the more i see they are falling away from the "x-com path" sad. have to wait and see how it turns out i guess but im slowly loosing intrest i hate to say.

  15. i read somewhere but i cant seem to find it now that they increase by use of each stat. eg.- shoot enough times and acuracy will improve. move far enough and ap will improve ect ect. not sure how some of the stats are effected though. sorry im not more help. it also said if you bring a soldier to a combat mission but leave him in the drop ship he will gain nothing. ive been having a lot of trouble with forum searches lately, i keep getting "error 404"

I agree in some situations this may be a bad idea but for the most part this game has a good following of "adult" posters that would actually like to add to the games presentation in a good way. you being one of them Jean-Luc. you will always have ideas that dont fit or are outrite bad but here there would be plenty of good ones to chose from.
  21. hmmm activities like this= more comunity involvement. more comunity involvement=higher comunity numbers. higher comunity numbers= free advertising. { people talk } this list could go on quite a bit farther but it boils down to one thing, better finished product due to pre-release revinue.
