  1. Alright thanks, I'll create a bug report and maybe it can get fixed on the new patch.
  2. So I've had some reaction fire friendly fire and lost one of my troops because of it. The Rifle was attempting to reaction fire against a zombie on the upper floor of the building to the left, hitting my soldier and dealing a whooping 113 damage. Now initially I wanted to file a bug report but I'd like to understand how this works first. The MAG Rifle deals 105 average damage or 157.5 maximum damage (150%) and has no armor mitigation, meaning the Sentinel should have reduced damage taken by 60, meaning the killed soldier should have taken at most 97 damage, 16 less than what he actually took. But if there's a 10% bonus against humans (like you get when analyzing aliens) then it adds up: 157.5 * 1.1 = 173.25, minus 60 = 113, the amount of damage taken. So, is there a damage bonus when attacking humans? Or is it some armor bug? Occasionally I felt like the armor doesn't work properly if the hit unit isn't specifically targeted, but that's a bit iffy.
  3. The channel has the same name as my screen name, but it's not a complete LP, just missions. In any case I wasn't interested in advertising myself, just ensuring I'm permitted to challenge the claims which have now been resolved.
  4. Oh one more thing I've noticed but I'm not sure whether it's a bug or feature, moving diagonally while flying costs 3 move.
  5. I've been doing an Insane Ironman lately and I've seen a few weird things. One was in my first mission where I could not bring a soldier back down some stairs. Hitting targets behind 100% cover is still pretty common (I know you can't do much here). I've noticed I can use the Sentinel to land in blocked terrain like the tree cluster or farm hedge, I don't think I could do that before. Line of sight issues when near UFO doors. Here's the first one on tape: I was allowed to bring a soldier past one of my guys up the stairs, but not back down. Either I should not have been allowed up or I should have been allowed back down. Turn off the volume as I had my mic *way* too loud. Here's a picture of a shield in blocked terrain during a Carrier crash site. There have also been some odd line of sight issues where I could see things I shouldn't, especially near UFO entrances. Nobody should be able to see the alien in this picture and when I opened the door I lost LoS. Here's what I saw at the end of the last turn, the alien moved to that location but the location itself wasn't visible before. If I find anything else I'll let you know. I can't confirm if the teleporter reaction bug is fixed or not, I've been too cautious.
  6. Update: the 30 days provided by YT for the claimant to reply to my dispute have ended and the videos in question are no longer under claim. Thanks for the help.
  7. Thank you, I'll file an appeal immediately. I'll notify the forum how it went.
  8. Hi everyone, recently I started a Xenonauts AAR on another forum and uploaded some videos to Youtube to show off the tactical side of the game. The FAQ states I have permission to do this, but when I uploaded the fourth ground combat video Youtube claimed about a minute of the music is owned by LIGHT MACHINE AMB 2 - Pfilbryte, Audiam (Label), and said they are monetizing the video for them. Now I Googled the actual producer of your music, Aleksi Aubry-Carlson and the song name is Ground Combat Day 1, so I'm suspicious someone is trying to mooch off his work. Should I file an appeal? Do I have permission to not only show the game, but play its music? I apologize that this is my first post here, I've owned Xenonauts for a while now and I think it's a great game and the thought that someone else is making money off your stuff irritates me.
