Problem was that I didn't realize you could do either a 3 round burst or a 10 round burst.

Have machine guns fire a consistent burst instead of a random amount. Also allow them to fire when they have fewer than 10 rounds. Fix the Chief Engineer's text box so it resizes with his dialogue. There are some longer dialogue that just go outside his text box. Change the Expenses in the monthly budget summary so it's displayed as a red negative instead of a green positive.

I'm currently running with the 1.00.01 patch and there are invisible civilians running around my battles. Or at least mostly invisible, I can still see their shadows. There any easy to fix this?
