  1. Yeah nope, turned it off and still crashes, though at a different point in time. I'm rather pissed off as this was my first cruiser kill of this playthrough and it's unrecoverable because the update broke the fricking Caesians.
  2. I keep getting random AI hangs during ground missions. They seemingly happen at random, but I'm guessing it has something to do with psionics since it only seems to happen on missions with Caesians. I should also mention that it seems consistent with certain situations because when the AI does decide to hang and I reload a save game from the previous turn, it does it again with about 99% certainty. Also noticed (this may be unrelated) it seems to have happened only on Industrial maps thus far. Last but not least, while I can't seem to remember if this happened before v.33 or not, I am using the Windows Steam branch of X:CE which basically force-updated to 0.33 shortly after I started this playthrough on v0.32. Installed mods: X:CE v.33 base/settings/balance Hold the Line! 3. Ok so I have two questions: 1: Is it possible to keep track of Xenonaut air combat activity for a region (i.e. number of interceptions launched, number of UFO's downed, etc?)be 2: In order to launch a base attack do the aliens need to locate the base first? Or do they just automatically know where it is? Reason being is I had the idea of modding base assault missions by making it so that 1) the chance of a base assault mission UFO spawning in a particular region is dependent on the number of interceptors launched from that region and/or the number of downed UFO's in this region, and 2) that the aliens would actually need to fly a craft in close proximity to a Xenonaut base and detect it (like XN interceptors do with alien bases), before it became available for attack. Basically at the start of the game, the aliens would have no idea where the Xenonaut bases are, but each wave would have an increasing chance of spawning scouts to search for a base in an area with a lot of downed UFO's, and if it located a base, there would be a greater chance of spawning UFO's for base assault missions if a lot of interceptors were operating in the area. It would also mean the less interceptions carred out by a specific base, the less likely they would be to find/attack the base and the safer it would be.
