  1. Nice to know, thanks for the info and for corrections! Btw this will be far different from x-com games...I personally think it's another game and not a sequel or "upgrade"... That's my PoW. We'll see, a nice game but not xcom
  2. With the new screenshots now I know why there will be only 4-6 team members. Controlling 8-10 of them with a third person like view would be a pain. Yes you can obviously still use the "perspective view" but I think you will miss all gorgeous graphics etc... so it will be more action oriented than other x-com or tactical games.
  3. Mmm I just got them all (X-Com Complete Pack) for 1,27€ from Gamersgate before Christmas... Was a nice sale... already have them on floppy/cdroms (except for Interceptor and Enforcer) but having DosBox Version + CollectorEdition in all-in-one package its good EDIT: The best for me is X-Com Apoc, but I somewhat dislike the city control system instead of the globe. Click select hovercar + 34814 hoverbikes + hovertanks to attack ufo, and then they get screwed by other human factions LOL
  4. Uff, that game is "going down" for me. 4-6 team size, one base, scripted missions, move + action, this remember me of the Afterlight series like other said.... a really dumbed down x-com, for me at least. I also suppose base and economy management will be "easy".
  5. I vote for '93-2004, why?? I'll give only some names: X-Com Apoc, Total annihilation, Dungeon keeper, Earthsiege, Carmageddon, GTA, and a game we will never see again: UPRISING!!!
  6. This ^^... Seems good with nice graphics, but I dont like this simple UI for tactical battles, and hope it will not miss the advanced management part like the Afterlife series did...
  7. Hi everybody! This is Phantom, who finally found a true successor of X-Com series. I have the first two X-com still on floppy disks and the apocalypse on cdrom! Still playing them with dosbox, but hey need some "variation". I have played (sorry for bad english, but isnt my motherlanguage, I'm italian ) all remakes, and the only similar before seeing this on a forum was Extraterrestrials!! Ahhh good old time games, tired of fps or rushed rts! See you guys!!
