  1. Yes you should be able to sell unwanted alien artifacts, but who would buy alien corpses, Sweeney Todd the Barber, or is their some other bio-chemical use for them...??

Well given that there needs to be room, so a soldier can improve their stats, and so this is tied into the rank promotion system, and as I have seen you can have a number of soldiers with the same rank, that is not very Military, the whole purpose of the rank structure is that their is only one leader in a section at any one time, but this is not what is happening in this game. There might have to be a re-think in this system, that re-flecks the real world, but that is probably not something that is going to happen soon! What I would like to see, is soldiers progress though the ranks, and not be directly connected to the personal individual stats, so your stats would improve over time, but the rank structure be based on other attributes. Just a thought!!

Most Defense Forces, has a minimum level of fitness, and that is just to a basic soldier, if you want to enter the more Elite Forces, you must obtains a higher level, so as to complete the hash demands, that that training requires, so sending troopers with states that would make it hard for them to even get out of bed, seams a little silly, so WHY...!!

Yes I know, and that should not be, the program can to set to a range of parameters, that would and should give better states than what you have received, as they should be around 65 to 75, as to be able to go through the physical demands, that entree into these Special Forces demand. It is probably and over sight on their behalf, an can an should be rectified...!!
  5. Some of the states of these soldier, would not ever get them into the the regular forces, never mind SPECIAL, so why is this game putting forward these physically challenged individuals. Their stats should be comparable, to the soldiers that you already have, and not that they are likened to persons with motto neuron disease. SO can we get stats more inline with special forces personal.
  6. I don't think that trying to turn this into some day time soap opera, is a good idea. If we are divided by self centered individuals, who would sell us out for some trinkets, this is not the game that most who play this type of game, would want, as I certainly would not want to play a game were your team mates are going to stab you in the BACK...!!
  7. depending on the suit being worn, slots should be placed around that suit that could house a number of modules, that would enhance the suit capabilities, you could just take a module and put in that slot near were that module would be of benefit, why is that so hard!!

These add-ons should be displayed on the suit or the model of the soldier, and not just thrown in the back pack, Yes you we need to change the graphics, but it would enhance the look of the game, as well as feel more realistic. It is just a cheap work around, but this really needs to be fixed, if you are going to keep the player involved in the game? The back pack is what it is, just a way of carrying extra equipment, that is not going to be used immediately, and it just look cheap?
  9. I think that being able to re-name your aircraft, and bases, would be nice, and also your favorite playing characters!
  10. May be that could be a research project, in that a drug or a device could be made to off set the lava infestation, by causing it to die, or getting it to evacuate from the host's body, and then you could kill it, but that would add another layer to the research table. Just a thought!!

The whole idea of wearing battle harness, in conjugation with the selected uniform, is to have handy apparatus to help in the battle, how can it be available for use if it is in your back pack, these add-ons need to be either attached to the weapon, or some other field equipment, so as to be ready for immediate use, I know that would mean you would have to change the screen animations to show the new configuration, but it would enhance the visuals of the gaming experience, and hopefully have a better impact on the game.
  12. Proximity mine, was in the original game back in the 90's and they were a lot of fun, you could scatter them around to cover your back, and every now and then you would hear and explosion, and a scream, which would let you know that they were coming around your back.
  13. Yes but there must be a reason for abducting them in the first place, it could be all above, but maybe they are beaning held for experimental purposes. or to convert into cleaners.

  15. You should be given the chance to hit your colleague, when firing from behind, and if it is to high then stop or move, to another location.
  16. This type of mission should be called a "hostage Release", but who am I to set labels.

Their seems to be a problem with this type of mission, as you have to clear out the back pack of one of your soldiers, to be able to pick up the VIP, when will the animation for a fireman's carry be installed into the game as to make this more realistic, and have the VIP's body draped over the shoulder of one of your strongest personal.
  18. This is a bit of a let down in this game, at this time. You should be able to place equipment on the soldier, as appropriate, to the item, and not as it is at this time, were all modules are just dumped in the back pack. We can only hope that this is a temporary situation, and the team is looking at way to improve the placement of equipment on the soldiers battle harness or uniform. Let us Hope!!!!!
  19. This idea of putting items in the backpack, and not on the battle harness or unitorm, is so silly, as to laughable, please and try and make it as it would be in real life.
  20. This would really add a holw new dimension to this game, if there were aircraft carriers in a number of oceans.

  22. I was wondering if you constructed Labs in each base you had build, does it make the research quicker or can you research different project at the same time. I am just wondering as I have not seen any great difference in the time it takes to complete a project, with just one. What is the current philosophy on labs in Bases, is more faster, or does it not make any difference? Please Advise!!
  23. Well I have always removed the troops from the aircraft, before I transfer it to another base, the troops can be transferred via other means.

It would seem that motor craft of different kinds have this unrealistic habit of exploding with very little force, you should be able to fire many automatic rounds into a vehicle without it erupting into a fireball, they should only explode after hit by a grenade, C4, HEVY, or some other explosive device, and not with some spitball gun?
  25. I have not come across any two store building in this game, you must be speaking of Xenonauts 1, which does have them. With that in mind, will there be any in this game, in coming releases.
