  1. Very promising old-school RPG. Turn based combat, detailed character development, innovative storytelling approach and beautiful hand drawn graphics. Only few more days on Kickstarter. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1446315704/lords-of-xulima-an-epic-story-of-gods-and-humans Official site and blog: http://www.lordsofxulima.com/
  2. There are many great games, but these are my top ten favorite. 1. GTA San Andreas 2. GTA Vice City 3. Deus Ex 4. Fallout 2 5. Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 6. The Witcher 7. Carmageddon 8. MDK 9. No One Lives Forever 10. Unreal Tournament
  3. Chris, I'm not sure if you've already seen this, but I'll post it anyway. These articles are about XCOM, but maybe some of this ideas can be useful for Xenonauts, too. http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2012/01/06/the-new-xcom-my-needy-little-wishlist/ http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/xcom-enemy-unknown/1216039p1.html
  4. 1993-2004. For me, it's from the first Diablo, Carmageddon and MDK, to GTA San Andreas. Definitely the most creative period. There are few exceptions, like The Witcher, that I really enjoy.
  5. Just a random idea: Maybe a trailer could help to attract people's attention. Sites like Gametrailers are very popular among "modern" gamers.
  6. Check this out http://www.dsogaming.com/news/x-com-enemy-unknown-move-aside-xenonauts-is-a-true-xcom-remake-that-is-slated-for-release-this-year/
  7. Hi everybody, sorry for my English. I think that game mechanics and the sheer amount of content could make the biggest difference between this two games. Most modern games are simpler (streamlined) and shorter than ever before, so in this area, it could be an opportunity for Xenonauts to stand above competition. Many X-COM fans will eventually play both games, recognize the quality and they'll spread the word..
