Every Ending Screen and Map Loading Screen needs longer since Beta 14 or 15. That´s not a Bug. It´s something else (a not wished Feature), which only grow up on normal (old) HDD´s, but not on the new fast HDD-Generations [forgot the Name of them]. Heard and read it from an other Beta-Tester, which have the new fast Rotating HDD´s and there the Problem don´t grow up.

The funny thing is that if the LMG-Carriers (Men / Women) within a PSI-Control can´t make to much damage to your own guys, than one with a Sniper-Rifle, Pistol, Rifle or Shotgun. Had this yesterday and was happy that I had 2 of that Guys with me. The other thing is, that LMG´s have many advantages, esp. for Battles with many Aliens or like you announced hard Enemys: 1a: The Enemys get Shocked faster with to many Bullets in the near (they have only 50 % Moving the next Round). Means either a Shot and hope for a lucky hit or run away. 1b: Means that you save Shock-Grenades, which you need later in Rooms or UFO- / Base-Floors. 2: Harder enemys can be killed faster, because more Bullets or Engery is hitting (like the Androns we know atm). But I know that they are the lightest of the Hard enemys from many other Games (like X-COM or UFO ET). 3: The LMG is a medium to short range Weapon and can be used for Attack as well as Defense Roles with the Advantage of many Bullets / Energy Shots. 4: The Damage of the Soldier with in Alien-PSI-Control can be drastically reduced if you move him / her away from the others. If you get lucky he / she panics or get stunned. The best result is that he / she resist that attacks. 5: Yes, it is an support Weapon and you have to use it wisely about the 50 % Movement. The Advantage gives it right to have them with you. The Weapon has Disadvantages too, that´s right: 1: The Weapon is Heavy and can be used only if you have not used more than 50 % of the Movement. 2: It can only be used from Soldiers with good weight Ballance. -

We can only test 25 to 50 % of the Game. We haven’t met the real challenges yet, where such soldiers get needed. To make us Tests easier we get the light and normal Threat as Enemies yet. The real one we will see later after the implementations which get needed for the first 50 % of the Game runs stable. -

You will get in a Situation once or later where you need such a guy or 2 of them. At the Beginning (1st Month to mid 2nd Month) I don´t use them very often, but I and many others get then in Situations where you need such MG-Guys (Men / Women). In the first 1,5 Months 2 Shotguners, 2 Riflers, 2 Shield-Soldiers, 1 or 2 Grenadiers and 1 or 2 Snipers are enough. After that you need the MG-Guys (when the Robots and Sebillians and much higher Aliens are comming). In that Time you should have the Accelerated Guns for your Soldiers and the X-25-Interceptors. -

Hi Guys, I got an Oberserver UFO downed. Now all Aliens get killed or Stunned [Psyons] and 1 of my Soldiers get mind Controlled. He is in the UFO [see Picture] and is in the Stun Gas to get stunned. The Transporter-Beams for to the next Room [Roof] are blocked, but there is no Alien to see. After I End the Round an CTD will happen or the Alien Round get Freezing. One of that will happen. Only if he is resting / blocking the Mind Control in the next Round, the Game runs normal. user_what_happens_here-26.json

Yep tactical is now as it should again. Aliens are Searching for Targets, Patrouling, Reacting etc. On the Geoscape now Bombers with Fighter Escorts show up (Beginning March) etc. The only thing I wounder is where is the Alien-Base-Mission? Why the upgraded Warden-Vest isn´t useable anymore? Where are some Research Projects gone, which were in Beta 14 and not showing up in Beta 15 anymore? Why the Aliens show up with Plasma-Rifles in Beta 15 while they were equiped with the Gauss Weapons in Beta 14 until you get the Ballance with your first Laser-Weapons? And some Questions more, which are to much for here. Are Goldhawk testing something older again in Beta 15 or is Beta 15 a Step Back with this to early effects which we had in the older Betas before Beta 12 to 14?!

Got the same too again with the Observer-UFO-Ground-Mission and Aliens attacking with Plasma-Weapons in beginning March. Save get uploaded too. In the same Time 2 Bombers with 2 Fighters as Escort searching for Targets. 1 Bomber with Escort is already shot down from my 2 X-25 Interceptors (upgraded Acceleratet Gun). auto_groundcombat_turn_1_end-40.json -

Get to the Tactictal Suit Button, there you can change it. In Beta 14 fully it worked, will test it shortly, have to produce the Accelerated Weapons finish first. Yep you are right, you can produce it, but dosen´t change it on the Tactical Suit Button. The Undersuit works fully normal. You have forgotten to attach the Savegame. Yep had this too in my first Mission. Had to beginn the Map again and then the Game get working as it should. -

Someone behind a wall can´t be seen and esp. shoot. But yes, that Problem with the "I can see you behind a big Wall" is still there. -

Yep that we had in the Troop Transport before the Map Fixes. Hope the Devs can fix this cosmetic Bug permanently. -
We aren´t in the 1960´s anymore, the Game starts in 2020. And the System is still in the last Part in WIP (Background, as well as the remaing small things).

It´s not a Bug, its a Feature. If you were in the Military, you would know it. The accuray of throwing has many factors in the Game and in Real: 1. Strengh: It isn´t texted in the Soldier-Ability, but the Strengh is the Main Part for your Soldiers to throw Grenades. That Soldier-Ability how far your Soldier can throw the Grenade and how good the Soldier throw it over Blockings. The heavier the Grenade (like the Default Grenade) as well as the more range is between the Soldier and Target then it will be more unaccurate. 2. Accuracy: It isn´t texted in the Soldier-Ability, but the Accuracy is another Main Part to throwing the Grenade. That Soldier-Ability get the Accuracy Part and how exactly the Soldier throw the Grenade. Togehter with the Strengh it decides your Luck to hit the Enemy instead of getting Blocked or not throwing in the wrong direction (hitting your Soldiers). 3. Barriers: That´s the third Feature which will block the Grenade or distract the Grenades from your Target. The first barrier dosen´t make a block normaly (because the Soldiers have enough strengh to throw it over the first Blocking-Part), but at the Second it could be End. Belongs on the Strengh as well as Accuracy of your Soldier and Range to the Target.

With the Explosive Grenades and C4 I´m fully with you. The Smoke-, Stun- and Flashbang-Grenades explode at once after they get thrown on Traget. But Mines are a no Go. It was in Discussion and that Idea get canceld for many Reasons. The Main Reason (from real World) is that you will hurt only exactly that People you have to save (Civilians, friendly Army, Agents etc.).

Hi and Welcome to the Forum. I can´t answer for the Devs about your request. What I can say is following: The Game is in Beta-Status and not ready for Early Access the next 2,5 Months. Atm only Backers can Beta-Test the Game. -
Nope, defenetivly not. You can´t destroy UOO-1 from Outside. The technological Advantage from the Aliens are more then we can could catch up. We can get some Improvements etc. to our Technology, but never oversize the Aliens in that. The Devs announced that there are some alternatives in Game-Ending. The one we already know is following: - You have to fight the Alien-Master (like in X1) to win that War. The others are still top Secret and we Beta-Testers don´t know what they will be, because the Game is fully in Development. We can test atm to the Mid-Game-Status for doing Bugfixing and with Beta 15 as secondary assignemtn Ballance-Work.
