  1. Yeah, it is saying it on the opening screen now. Wasn't saying it before for some reason, but seems to be saying the version is current now.
  2. Console Chrono Trigger - My favorite RPG to date. They need to remake it Final Fantasy VI - I liked 7, but this game had a better story IMO Tales of Phastania (SNES version) - If this was released originally in the US when it was out on the SNES, it would have been considered one of the top 5 SNES games of all time. Great game and it had a singing theme song which was big at the time for the SNES Xenogears - The original was the best Xenogears. The music was great and the story was solid Mass Effect 2 - My favorite modern RPG to date. Dragon Age is close, but the 2nd one kinda sucked for me PC Privateer - In my mind this game and Wing Commander III were the best of the wing commander universe Mechwarrior 2 - Loved this series Mercanies was close to this, but the original was the best King's Quest VI - Great story and best of the King's Quest series. Hopefully this series get a reboot like Monkey Islan X-COM: UFO Unknown - Self-explainatory Total Annihilation - Loved the music and the mod community was HUGE for this game. Weckage was the only issue I didn't like with the game
  3. It was created by the makers of the original X-COM and is turn based. Unfortunately it's on the 3DS, but curious if anyone had given this game a try and what they thought about it
  4. How do you know what build your playing? I'm playing off of Desura, but couldn't tell if the version was current.
  5. Hello, I'm Mark. I first played UFO: Enemy Unknown years back in my college days when my roommate introduced me to the game. I used to watch him get destroyed by mind controlling aliens and the music was the gameplay was suspenseful. I got retroduced to it by an article in Game Informer that talked about the development of the original game and how no game has really been able to recreate the same environment. Started looking at a few LP's and found out it was on steam. I have been looking for a remake ever since and hate 2K's direction to turn X-Com to a FPS. Eventually, I found out about Xenonauts through the UFOpedia message board and just pre-ordered it today . Looking forward to the progress. Disappointed in the lack of females in the squad makeup, but hopefully modders just add them when the game is released.
