  1. Currently in like Feb or March. I've got 4 bases (getting to that later), plasma researched and Marauders up and running. The only terror thing that ever appeared was a Bomber with two escorts. A pop-up came up something about terrorizing a city and requesting interceptors to the site. So I did. I sent some interceptors, destroyed the bomber and its escorts .. and that was it. The Soviet Union was extremely happy with it, though, as I'm pretty sure the funding increased by like 100k. I haven't seen any proper terror missions, nor base assaults. I've done three alien base missions, because South America was undefended (without radar coverage) for a looooong time. I built a base in North America, not knowing that a base in Middle America would be sufficient to cover both N and S America. That resulted in two alien bases and reduced down to 44k funding before I managed to get a base with a radar and two marauders up there. The third base appeared somewhere in Siberia, which was sneakily established outside of the radar range of Europe's base in Malta and the Asian base in Indonesia. Not expecting any terror missions, bases or base assaults from now on, though. I've got absolute control of the air.
  2. Yep, got the exact same issue. Magazine sizes are borked at the start of a mission, and persists. However, when I click on the reload button (not dragging the new magazine into the weapon), it is reloaded 100%. So there's that.
  3. It all becomes much easier when you have stun / purple gas explosives. Breach the door with C4, have the heavy weapons ready to suppress anyone inside, then fire a stun rocket in there for good measure. Then press end turn about 3 to 4 times to let the gas work on those fleshy aliens and wait for it to dissipate before moving up. Then, equip stun grenades and toss them in the other rooms of the corvette. Your patience will be rewarded with no injuries or deaths and intact 'corpses'! This obviously doesn't work with robotic enemies.
  4. Not exactly the same issue, but very much similar ... Last mission all my Laser Battery reloads (if at all there is a distinction between different ammo types) started with 25% remaining. This mission they all have 34% remaining. I thought it would somehow carry over a reloaded battery from the last mission, but I made sure I replaced all the batteries in the armory screen. Can provide save-game. If necessary, I'll create a new thread. Edit: The mission afterwards I again had 34% batteries.
  5. And then you post. Good to know it's been confirmed then. Didn't see it in the master list and my searching resulted in nothing.
  6. Same behaviour in 8.4 (but can't edit title). I'll clarify with a few screenshots.. 1. I fired a single burst, my mag size is now at 27/30. 2. I decide I want to reload. I pick up my magazine and drag it over the weapon to reload. 3. The weapon has been reloaded; the mag size is now 30/30 and the AP has been reducted. But where is the old magazine? Gone.
  7. I am in fact talking about the Machinegun (M240 lookalike) carried by the soldier. It has a 5 round belt, fires 3 round bursts.. so it can basically fire once before it needs to reload. I don't know about the vehicle machinegun. I like rockets.
  8. Another little thing I noticed. For example: I loaded a stun rocket into an already loaded rocket launcher. My intention was to replace the rocket so I could put the frag rocket back into the inventory. When I dragged the stun rocket over, it DID replace the frag rocket, but it also completely removed the frag rocket. This doesn't seem like the correct behaviour.
  9. Hi, minor bug. The machinegun belt size is currently 5. It makes the weapon rather useless. Should be perhaps 50?
