  1. I just double checked on my install and my game doesn't crash when I make everything "unlimited" in items.xml. Doing the above should make all weapons/items appears in the squad menu. I have not a lot experience with Xenonauts modding at all, except Research.xml perhabs unlocking something that doesn't exist in item.xml I have no idea. Maybe you can give me your savegame file? Edit: Oh and, you use XNT 5.31, right?
  2. Okay, since nobody posted anything, are you sure you are running the quick-fix version 1.5.0a which fixed Multi-Ammo-V2 weapons crashing?
  3. Multi Ammo weapons v2 still crashes my game for me under the advanced tab, with the exception of the Sniper Rifle v2, which works fine(shotgun might be too). Iam not sure, but inside the weapons folder with the pictures, the mg2 and testrifle2 images are missing, maybe downloading the original mod and adding those pictures might solve the probleme, but I can't test this myself for now because of time problems.
  4. Open items.xml with notepad(++), press ctrl + h (replace function), replace the words "Normal", "Uncapped" and "Capped" with "UnlimitedOnResearch". Then search for ammo.alien, and turn the first one to Capped again, because this is the original alien ammo which will crash the game if you open the energy tab with it enabled. UnlimitedOnResearch does not work for every time though and this might be not what you want. I personally allways get rid of the ammo manufacturing by opening itemx.xml with MS Excel, just simply copying "Unlimited" from basic armor and pasting it onto every line starting with "ammo.". If you only want the starting equipment of be unlimited, I could post a modifed script which makes you start out with more weapony in the storage, but not change anything else.
  5. Making any of the UNSC weapons show up in the advanced screen (Research, items.xlm edit) makes them crash the game when I open the advanced tab. Manufacturing the helicopter crashes my game, too, but research is fine. Setting everything to "unlimited" in item.xlm causes game crash under "ammo" tab. Also a issue which is not bound to 1.4.1 is some equipment not being unlimited when using "UnlimitedOnResearch" in item.xlm, but I guess this is not really Xenophobia's fault, since it only affects very few (custom) weapons. Iam not using a clean install, however, just copied new files over older ones, to bear that in mind.
