Max_Caine
...but the submap editor doesn't recognise there's a ufo submap folder! What am I doing wrong? EDIT: On further examination, the ufo, dropship and tundra submaps are not recognised. Edited February 9, 2014 by Max_Caine
Gauddlike
The tundra folder is empty for me but the dropships and ufo submaps I tested open in the editor with no problem.
Chris
Are you talking about painting floors?
Max_Caine
I'd like to try out different layouts for the insides of early and mid-game UFOs, to see if a more closed layout (like the Carrier or the Cruiser) could be done, and I'd like to re-jig the insides of the Landing ship to make it less of a firing gallery. The problem is the submap editor doesn't seem to recognise there's a ufo submap folder. I'll post up some pics when I get a chance and show what I mean. Gauddlike
Have you actually looked for (and in) the folder to make sure you are not missing those files? If the tiles have been compressed into the pfp does the folder still show up?
