ChaserGrey Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 System specs: MacBook Pro Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB OS OS X 10.8.5 Bought this yesterday and downloaded the .dmg directly from the Humble Bundle site. When I try to run it my system asks if I want to run it (which is normal). When I press "Yes" the game loads for a bit (icon bouncing) and then closes. The app I got wouldn't launch no matter what I did to it, and I'm reasonably Wine savvy. *But* when I went into the package, copied the Xenonauts folder to the wine files on my HD, then launched my own Wine environment and ran it from the Program Manager, it works! ko2fan Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 The V20 Hotfix was using a new wine wrapper, I tested it on 10.9 and didn't have any issues, but if its causing problems for 10.8 users I can go back to the old wine wrapper.
