[V18 - Geoscape & Ground Combat] Arctic mission in Gulf of Mexico (Cuba/Florida)

Just started a new game, having been completely obliterated in my previous IM game. The first mission that appeared was "Local forces have downed a UFO", in either Cuba or southern tip of Florida. When I went to deploy the Charlie it showed terrain type as Arctic, and sure enough when I got to ground combat it was an Arctic map.

This is the first time I've seen the wrong type of terrain be used for a mission.
