[v19 HF1 Ground Combat] Double click to stand, regardless of TUs

If you have fewer than 4 TUs remaining, you normally can't stand up, or at least by pressing 'c' or clicking on the crouch/stand button on the interface. Double clicking gets around this.

Yeap. It happened to me, accidentally though...(Sigh) That soldier got more than what was intended .

The same happens when your soldier is kneeling and you click to move to another square. Even if you do not have enough TUs, your soldier stands.
