Combat Shield on ground causes crash

Recreate:

1. Drop combat shield on ground.

2. Open inventory of any unit standing in square where combat shield is on ground.

....

3. Profit.

Ah, so that bug with them wasn't fixed.

Just a note, please include the version number (I know it's 19, it's just for uniformity and potential confusion reduction) in the thread title.

For example:

"[v19 Experimental / Ground Combat] Combat Shield on ground causes crash"
