Being able to name bases with an apostrophe

I often feel creative when naming the bases, but I feel held back by not being able to use an apostrophe in the name. The ' key, would it be possible to allow it in base names or vehicle names?

If I remember correctly, this could make it into the game. Initially the engine limited this, but someone (I forget who) discovered how to do it to allow a Russian translation of the game, using the cyrillic alphabet. Since we can use those particular symbols (letters are symbols), why not punctuation?

I'm unsure, though.
