[18.4 Level Editor]Town missing greyconcrete 5x5

Town tileset is missing grey concrete 5x5 in ground folder.

This messes up any maps using it.

Also missing from 18.5

I don't think any of the Goldhawk maps use it, do they?

Several of the custom maps I have downloaded and made do and its removal borks them.

It is also easier to use a 5x5 title than the 10x10 when creating certain parts of levels. Specificaly when you are trying to blend different textures, or when filling in the gaps. A 10x10 tiles plasters everything.

My query was, did it get removed by accident or by design?
