[18.4 geoscape] minor : role name doesn't update when role is changed

Hi,

When you change the role of a soldier, the role name needs the soldier's management page to get refreshed.

Barbara King (Rifle) is been reasigned as commando. I have to refresh the page to get Barbara King (Assault).

This was reported as a bug in our development version, and I fixed it. Maybe v18.4 has been branched on a version previous to the one that fixes this.

The MAGCarbine/Rifle UI image and range switch isn't fixed in V18.4 either.
