Are steam keys going out?

I preordered back in the day through the website and have played alpha on Desura. Now that I see the news item that steam early access is happening, should I expect a steam key?

You should not expect it, yet, as the games not yet on steam, as soon as it is, though, Chris is probably going to tell all pre-orderers on how to get their steam keys.
