That's almost like saying "The die is cast".

It was in an accident? Want me to sign the cast?

(sorry a bit tired... i get an odd sense of humor then)

I don't know which translation is correct "official" translation. im translating the swedish translation of Ala jacta est int o english. It's another cesarian quote when he is on his way over a river to invade rome i think?

Vigilance, Violence, Vengeance

I like the Vigilance but the other two makes us seem like the bad guys. We need to maintain our moral superiority.

Perhaps we could reuse some slogans from the cold war and turn them in Xenonaut slogans? Better dead than Grey? Or insert an alien race name that rhymes with Dead?

Reusing cold war slogans may be cool and show a touch of humour. But better dead than grey? If I were a grey I'd be happy to oblige.

But isn't the organization kinda secret? War slogans would seem a bit odd then.

On to google translator!

Terra for Humans - Terra Hominum

Adjuva nos in mortem tantum - Only in death will we rest

Suo periculo - At one's own danger

Dum vita es, spes est - While there's life, there's hope

Nil desperandum - Never despair

Ubi pauci multis resistere - Where few stand against many

Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum videtur - Everything said in Latin, seems deep

Si Non Oscillas, Noli Tintinnare - If you don't swing, don't ring

Alieni ite domum - Aliens go home!

Vos qui morituris, cum proficere - You who are about to die, get on with it

Vacca foeda - Stupid cow

here's a few ideas:

"Punctum Hastam" = "Tip of the Spear"

"Sicut enim pugno" = As one we fight"

"Semper vigilans" = "Ever vigilant"

"Virtute et Armis" = "By Valor and Arms" (funny enough, this is the Missisippi state motto)

"Accipe hoc" = "Take this", Motto of 848 Naval Air Squadron, Royal British Navy.

"ad astra per aspera" = "A rough road leads to the stars", as on the Launch Complex 34 memorial plaque for the astronauts of Apollo 1.

"ad victoriam aut mortem" = "To victory or death"

"audentes fortuna iuvat" = "fortune favors the bold"

"victoria aut mors" = "victory or death"

"canes pugnaces" = "war dogs" or "fighting dogs"

"dum vivimus servimus" = "While we live, we serve"

"in omnia paratus" = "Ready for anything."

"orbis unum" = "one world"

" per ardua ad astra" = "through adversity to the stars"

"per unitatem vis" = "through unity, strength"

"qua patet orbis" = "as far as the world extends"

"sine metu" = "without fear"

"stamus contra malum" = "we stand against evil"

"unitas per servitiam" = "unity through service
