V17.9 Launcher Crash Fix!

If you're having a problem with the launcher crashing on load in V17.9, the file below should hopefully fix the issue until the next build.

This needs to be put in the Xenonauts directory, so /Desura/common/Xenonauts I think.

This should fix the missing codec thing in most cases.

If anyone is still having issues, you can try launching it from cmd with -novideo as a parameter.

Nice one! Had to use the -novideo parameter, but finally got 17.9 launched.

Love the way the game's coming along. This is what the latest release of XCom should have been!
