Chris, can you appoint someone as a bot mod, please?

These spambots are driving me nutty. Could someone be appointed to the post of bot mod, so the forums are kept reasonably clean?

Yeah this is getting a bit ridiculous now.

Give someone the ability to delete threads and posts and preferably block/delete users.

yup, would be nice to get rid of this, as it really detracts from any forum. If I see a forum with a fair number of bot posts, I'll not join it and it would be a shame to lose anyone over it.

Nothing much in the last day, honestly. Unless I've been logging on at the wrong times.

Makes me think that when Chris says this has been, largely, fixed that he means it.

Interesting that this bot invasion happened almost at the same time over here and at the FTL forum.
