[13.2] A lot of text replaced by hashes '####' in dialogs, waiting screens etc

    For example:

    hashes.jpg

Also seen a few mission load screens completely hashed.

Ditto Research, moving topic from right side to bottom left, it just shows hashes.

Chris has said he removes chunks of the research stuff before putting out an update to keep some secrets... so there is going to be placeholders in there still until closer to release...

Looks like you're missing some files, try verifying files on desura.

Khall, where's your avatar from? Looks cool.

The hashes are caused by missing data in strings.xml. This may be intentional as a result of me removing late game stuff, or it may just be incomplete files. Either way, it's nothing to worry about - it'll be fixed in the next build or certainly by beta.

This looks like the problem, the hashes were appearing in dialogs I'd previously seen text, including the basic combat screen Snap shot/aimed shot/etc dialogs. Certainly not 'late game' dialogs.

I was messing with Orumo's 201 levels in the last few days, and remember some Desura 'advanced' options appearing during the 13.2 update around 'verification', so I probably stuffed the goose about then...

Re-verified, and everything looks much better now!

    Thanks all for the help.
