Have you seen Francis?

So yeah, I'm on youtube when I come across this guy, Francis. Now, Francis is not real. He is a character made up by boogie2988. But damn, if the character of Francis doesn't resonate with the way that some, nay, many people behave. I meet and talk to a "Francis" every day when I go to work. Does anyone know a "Francis" themselves?

Going by the start of that one vid, and the 100 000 one, there's a bit of Francis of varying sizes in a lot of people. I was worried for his health when I first looked at that more than anything though.
