[v9.5 geoscape] Base icons empty in base management screen

This happens quite often, and I have not managed to figure out what causes it. I finally remembered to take a screenshot of it this time, which reminded me to post it up.

I actually have two bases at this point, with neither showing.

Sometimes it shows some bases, and not others.

This issue is reported already, but we have no idea what's causing this. We are working on it .

Failed to find the original report, so maybe that I repeat what has already been written.

For me it happens when I alt+tab to windows, to read a bug report or something else.

A base icon is restored when I choose "Go to base" at a message "[something] has been built at [base name]"

Alt-tab screws a lot of the graphics up, so that would make sense.

Same bug for me.

I was able to generate it by

1) being in geoscape mode

2) executing a ground combat mission (intercept, send chinhook, fight in ground combat)

3) alt-tab to another application

4) winning the ground combat

5) when back in geoscape, clicking on any base the icons are not shown

Saving and loading restores the images.
