Is there a way to make sure I don't disrupt the game's balance if I change stats other than the lengthy process of playing Xenonauts until I figure it out? You can collate the guidance written down, but there's nothing structured. EDIT: I'm not sure what you mean by "disrupting the game's balance". The game is how the developers have envisioned it.
