In the Xenonauts/assets folder, there are many files that can be opened with notepad++ and tweaked freely. For money, use gameconfig.xml. Its self-explanatory once you get there. Items.xml values about material are not working, or i dont know how.. The alenium comes from the tiles. You can check any power source, reactor and you will see that how much alenium it gets..
