RudBoy1018
Anyone have any idea when the next sale will be?
Dranak
Probably the next major steam sale.
Chris
If you add it to your watch list you should get notification. We've not got anything unusual planned but we will participate in the standard Steam sales when they come around.
Hister
Chris, do sales hurt your firm or not being a rather niche developer?
Chris
Participating in the sales is entirely optional so we wouldn't do it if it didn't help us - we sell a lot more in gross terms on sale days than we do at full price (but I'm not sure if that'd hold true if we had sales more regularly). Xenonauts > XCom EW
This thread is over a month old, so hopefully you bought the game already. But if not...come on, don't be cheap. The game is only $25. It's worth every penny. My only gripe is that for some reason Steam doesn't track gametime. So I have no way of knowing how much time I've put into the game. So if that's my biggest gripe you know it's worth your money. In any case, I can't tell you how much time I've gotten out of it for my $25 but it would've been worth $50 for me. Edit: I think actually got it onsale myself, but I still would have paid full price and then some had I known how fun it was.
