Chris Posted September 1, 2014 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Does this happen every time, so it'll happen if you load a save game from prior to the research finishing? In any case, please try validating your files on Steam to ensure you've got a full download. (The build number is in the top-right of the launcher.)
